Pre-Mandate Process

  • Proposal Submission

  • Further Discussions and Negotiation

  • Mandate Finalization

Once terms are agreed upon, we proceed to finalize the mandate, obtaining a signed agreement along with a non-disclosure agreement from the client.


Post-Mandate Process

With the mandate in place, we kickstart the syndication process by assembling a team of experts, including a partner, an engagement manager, and a team of executives 

  • Information Collection

We meticulously gather all the relevant details and documentation required for the debt syndication process

  • Information Memorandum (IM) Preparation

Our team prepares a structured Information Memorandum (IM) that serves as a powerful tool to showcase our clients' business, financials, and growth potential.

  • Engaging with Banks and Financial Institutions

Leveraging our extensive network and industry relationships, we engage with banks and financial institutions to present the client's IM.

  • Loan Application Process

We act as a bridge, facilitating smooth communication between the client and the bank(s), ensuring proper documentation, and prioritizing the movement of documents to the relevant committee.

  • Post-Committee Steps

Based on the committee's decision, we proceed accordingly. In the case of acceptance, we move forward with the documentation required for loan sanction. If the proposal is deferred, we actively engage with the client to address any issues or information requirements raised by the committee, working towards resubmitting an improved proposal. 

  • Pre-Sanction Formalities

Pre-sanction formalities vary from bank to bank, encompassing activities such as title and legal searches, property valuation, and more.

  • Post-Sanction Formalities

Upon securing loan sanctions, we guide our clients through the post-sanction formalities, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed in compliance with regulatory and lender requirements.
